CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations & Rescheduling We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% service fee, charged to the card on file. Late Cancellations (Within 24 Hours) Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be subject to a 100% service fee. No-Shows Clients who do not arrive for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount. Late Arrivals Out of respect for all clients, late arrivals may result in modified services or the appointment being rescheduled.
